Bioparc El Encanto is 32 km from downtown Mazatlán, Sinaloa. It is easy to reach by car, by public transport or from the airport. You will find directions in the Your visit section.
We are open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On public holidays and during special seasons we extend our opening hours so you can enjoy the experience for longer.
General admission costs $200 MXN. You can also choose the electric bus tour ($350 MXN) or the private Jeep Expedition for up to 5 people ($2,500 MXN).
There are three options: general admission, with walking access to the common areas and no vehicle tour; the electric bus, which seats 12 people and runs quietly so as not to disturb the animals; and the private 4x4 Jeep Expedition for groups of up to 5 people.
You can see iconic species such as elephants, giraffes, tigers, zebras, ostriches, llamas, peacocks and crocodiles, among many others, in habitats that promote education and respect for nature.
Yes. You can buy your tickets online quickly and securely, with encrypted payment through Stripe, and skip the line at the entrance.
Yes. We have a large car park with spaces for cars, vans and tour buses, with security and surveillance all day long.
By road, there is access from Culiacán, Tepic and Durango; by plane, there are direct flights to Mazatlán from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey; it is also an option for cruise passengers. When you arrive, follow the main signs: our staff will guide you from the entrance.
You may bring water. For other food, please check the food and drink rules in the Park rules.
No. For their well-being, feeding or disturbing the animals inside the park is not allowed.
